CHLG Protocol Documentation

Verified real-world challenges. AI-powered proof of action. Transparent, disciplined token economics designed to last beyond market cycles.

What is CHLG?

CHLG is a challenge-to-earn protocol that standardizes how real-world and social challenges are verified and rewarded. Users complete real actions, submit proof, and—if verified—receive CHLG tokens as rewards.

  • Neutral settlement layer for verified challenges
  • AI verification engine for proof-of-action
  • Disciplined token economy built around effort (not hype)
  • Security-first governance designed to scale responsibly

How the CHLG Protocol Works

High-level lifecycle (non-technical)

1) Challenge creation

A challenge defines an action, proof format, rules, and reward logic.

2) Participation & proof submission

Users complete the action and submit photo/video evidence or link public posts.

3) AI verification

Authenticity, consistency, and rule compliance are checked automatically.

4) On-chain settlement

Verified completions are recorded and rewards are distributed transparently.

AI Verification Layer

Trust engine (verification-only)

What it verifies

Proof authenticity and compliance with challenge requirements — not popularity or artistic quality.

How it scales

Off-chain AI verification commits results for on-chain settlement, enabling consistent enforcement at scale.

Token Economics at a Glance

Designed for long-term discipline
  • Fixed initial maximum supply: 500,000,000 CHLG
  • 10-year emission horizon: gradual distribution with a declining schedule
  • Optional extension: up to an additional 500,000,000 CHLG only with strong governance + founder protections
  • No discretionary minting: during the first 10 years
  • Usage-based burns: a portion of protocol fees and slashed rewards is burned
  • Treasury-driven buybacks: protocol revenue can buy back & burn or reserve tokens under governance rules
  • Inflation cap: even in extension scenarios, annual inflation capped at 1.5%

Governance & Founder Protection

Phased, security-first governance

Governance phases

Early: guided governance with multisig execution. Hybrid: binding votes with strict quorum & supermajority. Mature: decentralization increases as resilience is proven.

Safeguards

Supermajority thresholds, multisignature execution, timelocks, and founder protection for critical actions (especially supply extensions and major treasury changes).
